Accepted papers
Authors of the accepted papers are responsible to submit a camera-ready paper in electronic form, both in source and PDF formats, according to the "Instructions for Camera-Ready Papers", which may be downloaded here.
All the papers in ComSIS are published under the open access policy.
Copyright and use agreement
Authors are requested to sign the "Transfer of Copyright" agreement before the paper may be published. The copyright transfer covers the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the paper, including reprints, photographic reproductions, microform, electronic form, or any other reproductions of similar nature and translations. Authors are responsible for obtaining from the copyright holder permission to reproduce the paper or any part of it, for which copyright exists.
Publication processing fees
From 1st September 2023, publication processing fees are applied to all accepted papers in ComSIS Journal. The fee is applied to all the papers formally accepted upon receiving the acceptance message from the Editor-in-Chief, and before the technical editing. Registering publication fee payment as completed is a formal prerequisite for publishing a paper.
Current publication fee for all accepted regular papers applied from 1st November 2025 is: 600 EUR.
For special issues, publication processing fee for each paper will be committed with guest editors and, as a rule, it is of a higher rate than the published fee for regular papers.
NOTES
This is a publication processing fee, not a submission fee. There is no connection between (the duration of) the review process and the fee.
There are no special page charges. Any paper should not exceed 25-30 pages.
VAT is included in the publication processing fee.
Apart from the charges listed here, no additional hidden charges apply.
Payment methods
All payments are possible via bank transfer only, after a paper acceptance. Bank transfer details info will be submitted to the corresponding author upon receiving the acceptance message.
For wire transfers, OUR payment instruction must be selected, meaning the sender accepts all foreign transaction fees. Payments made using the SHA (Shared) option will be considered as invalid.
Export Restrictions and Legal Provisions
Publishing of accepted papers is available to participants from all countries , except in cases where applicable legal regulations prohibit such participation. The journal reserves the right to refuse the payment of authors from countries or regions subject to restrictions under relevant laws or regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
It is the responsibility of the authors to be aware of and comply with any local laws or regulations that may impact their ability to complete electronic transactions or attend international events . The journal is not liable for any restrictions on a payment resulting from the author's local legal or regulatory framework.
Cancellation
The authors are not permitted to cancel their payments of the processing fee.
